She earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and began her career in programming before moving into operations leadership. Growing up around poultry and water buffalo farms also gave her a personal appreciation for agriculture and livestock.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At DRMS, Yasha leads the Quality Assurance team and manages projects from scoping to release, ensuring new tools are thoroughly tested and delivered with producers in mind. She values DRMS\u2019s empathy-driven culture and its mission of serving dairy with practical, reliable technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outside of work, Yasha enjoys gardening and caring for her two dogs, Robin and Bertram.
