She spent eight years in support roles before moving into quality assurance, where she has dedicated the past 19 years to making sure DRMS products are accurate, reliable, and built with producers in mind. Susan\u2019s foundation in agriculture comes from her B.S. in Animal Science from Michigan State University, which shaped her commitment to data integrity and producer success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At DRMS, she works closely with developers to improve and test tools that producers, consultants, and service partners rely on for accurate, error-free data. She also plays an active role in operations and data auditing, helping ensure herds are processed smoothly and on time each test day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Susan values DRMS because data matters \u2014 and accurate data is essential for better herd decisions.
