She earned her degree in Animal Science from NC State University, where she discovered her passion for dairy through the Dairy Science Club, Dairy Challenge, and hands-on work in husbandry, research, and education. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in agriculture and a deep appreciation for producer support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At DRMS, Paola provides customer service and technical support to dairy farmers across the country. She resolves issues, educates on DRMS tools, and helps producers make the most of new features.
