She earned her B.S. and Master of Animal Science from NC State University, and she spent eight years working on a dairy research farm. There she gained experience in milking, calf care, feeding, and research projects focused on nutrition and youngstock health \u2014 practical knowledge that now helps her connect with producers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At DRMS, Jade provides support to producers, service affiliates, and technicians using DRMS tools. She offers education through farm visits and virtual sessions and contributes to product testing and improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jade values DRMS because of its commitment to producers and partners, and she enjoys being part of a team that helps simplify herd decisions.
