Bio

Tammie grew up on a small dairy farm in the Catskills of New York, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for the hard work and care behind every herd. She went on to earn her B.S. in Agricultural Systems Engineering with a minor in Dairy Science from Cornell University, and later her M.S. in Dairy Science from Virginia Tech. Before joining DRMS, she also ran her own computer support and training business, blending her strengths in technology and customer service.

For more than 24 years, Tammie has helped shape the customer support experience at DRMS, working closely with producers, service affiliates, and consultants to provide training, answer questions, and deliver the exceptional support that defines the organization. Today, she serves as an IT Systems Support Professional in the Raleigh office, where she supports DRMS system operations, technology infrastructure, software distribution, and product quality.

She has always looked forward to DHI test day, even as a child — and that same enthusiasm continues to drive her commitment to producers and the future of dairy today.
