Bio

Ashley brings a strong mix of dairy production experience and industry perspective to her role at DRMS. She grew up on a small dairy farm in southwest Wisconsin and has worked with cows ever since. Ashley earned a double major in Dairy Science and Soil & Crop Science from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and spent time as a dairy nutrition consultant before joining DRMS. Today, she also works alongside her fiancé on his family’s 200-cow dairy, contributing to daily operations and management decisions, and manages a small Holstein herd of show heifers and cows.

At DRMS, Ashley supports producers and industry partners to ensure they get the most out of DRMS tools and services. She enjoys helping users apply data in practical ways that support better herd outcomes.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time on the farm, gardening, and baking.
