With nearly three decades of experience at DRMS, Susan brings unmatched expertise in quality assurance and support. She spent eight years in support roles before moving into quality assurance, where she has dedicated the past 19 years to making sure DRMS products are accurate, reliable, and built with producers in mind. Susan’s foundation in agriculture comes from her B.S. in Animal Science from Michigan State University, which shaped her commitment to data integrity and producer success.

At DRMS, she works closely with developers to improve and test tools that producers, consultants, and service partners rely on for accurate, error-free data. She also plays an active role in operations and data auditing, helping ensure herds are processed smoothly and on time each test day.

Susan values DRMS because data matters — and accurate data is essential for better herd decisions. Away from work, she enjoys attending collegiate sporting events, where her energy and team spirit mirror the dedication she brings to supporting the dairy industry.
