Bio

Paola brings nearly a decade of experience supporting producers through technology at DRMS. She earned her degree in Animal Science from NC State University, where she discovered her passion for dairy through the Dairy Science Club, Dairy Challenge, and hands-on work in husbandry, research, and education. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in agriculture and a deep appreciation for producer support.

At DRMS, Paola provides customer service and technical support to dairy farmers across the country. She resolves issues, educates on DRMS tools, and helps producers make the most of new features. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is solving challenges and making a positive impact in someone’s day.

Outside of work, Paola enjoys creating new memories with her family and she is also a content creator hobbyist, sharing her Star Wars fandom and collection on her social media account, @ThePadalorian.
