Bio

Jennifer brings more than 35 years of experience across agriculture and retail, including 10 years with DRMS. She earned her degree in Veterinary Science Technology from SUNY Canton and completed additional training in Dairy Herd Management at Cornell University. Her career has spanned roles as a veterinary technician, dairy herdsperson, and in agronomy — experiences that give her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges producers face.

At DRMS, Jennifer serves as Assistant Manager of User Support Services. She helps farmers and affiliate employees get the most from DRMS software and tools through phone, virtual, and in-person support and training. Her approachable, hands-on style reflects DRMS’s mission of turning data into solutions that work on the farm.

Jennifer values DRMS for its people and its mission — and she shows her lighter side with a fun hobby: collecting lightsabers, almost as many as DRMS employees.
