Bio

Fonda has dedicated nearly three decades to DRMS, where she manages the Operations team responsible for DHI processing systems and report sites across the country. Her leadership ensures that core record processing, editing, and reporting systems run smoothly so producers and service affiliates can depend on accurate, timely information.

A graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia with a B.S. in Animal Science, Fonda grew up on her family’s cattle ranch in southern Missouri. Before DRMS, she also worked as a DHI technician, giving her a firsthand appreciation of the value accurate records bring to herd management.

Fonda values DRMS for its mission and the opportunity it has given her to grow personally and professionally while serving dairy producers. Outside of work, she enjoys art, photography, camping, and crafting, and spent six years as Scoutmaster for her son’s Boy Scout troop.
