Brad brings 25 years of software development experience, including 20 with DRMS. As Development Manager, he not only writes code himself but also guides the development process of others, overseeing both new features and bug fixes to ensure DRMS software remains reliable and producer-focused. His long tenure reflects a deep commitment to creating tools that directly help producers, consultants, and service affiliates manage herds more effectively.

What Brad values most about DRMS is its purpose. While software development roles exist in every industry, few provide the opportunity to make such a tangible difference for people in agriculture. Helping deliver tools that producers depend on is what keeps him motivated.

Outside of work, Brad has a unique personal mission: as a Type O blood donor, he’s working toward giving 100 pints — and has already donated 77.
